How do I return merchandise?
Contact Dan’s Auto Parts by clicking the Contact Us link at the top of any page to receive an Return Authorization number and Return Form. Complete the form and return the merchandise within 30 days of purchase. Items purchased from Dan’s Auto Parts cannot be returned more than 30 days from date of purchase, and you cannot receive a refund for these items after that time. In addition, all returned items must be in unopened and unused condition to be accepted.
Dan’s Auto Parts ships nationwide from multiple fulfillment centers nationwide in order to expedite the delivery time. We will ship from the closest location, that has the item ordered in stock. If you have any questions regarding shipping and delivery methods, please contact us by clicking the Contact Us link at the top of any page. Sorry, currently we do not offer customer pick up.
